Kenmore Washer - Front Load HE2 Plus  — 

I purchased this washer 8 months ago.  It has always leaked a bit, and vibrated and walked all around the laundry room.   Three weeks ago, the "boot", the seal inside the door, failed.  Clothes inside the washer were torn in the process and the floor was flooded as all the water poured out.  I dealt with Sears warranty repair departments for 2 weeks before contacting the store manager where I purchased the washer.  Things have only gotten worse. Their is no concern on his part, nor on the part of the repair departments, nor the cutomer relations departments.  I am looking at several more weeks at least before a repair.  The part is back-ordered.  I spend over $30.00 per week in a nasty laundromat while an $800.00 piece of junk sits in my home.   I have no faith that this washer will hold up, and I certainly have no faith that Sears will back up their products.   Yep...BIG mistake!

I agree i have had the exact same problem with my washer. i do not reccomend this washer to anyone. i have had it serviced three times since july 09

I agree! After six weeks with part STILL on backorder, I haad it hauled away and bought a GE. Sears won't do a thing for me. Never spoke with same person
