Kenmore Washer - Front Load HE2 Plus Review

I have only had one Kenmore set before this current set and it lasted for 20 years.  The Kenmore HE2 Plus saves time, money, water, detergent and electricity!  My energy bill basically dropped off the planet.  I was quite pleased with the energy savings.  This washer when used properly gives excellent results.  Remember: DO NOT OVERLOAD THE  WASHER. The washer is fantastic, easy to use and I really like the end of cycle signal and the last cycle for cleaning the washer.  I had done this in the past by using the lowest water level for my old top loader and adding bleach, but this one is pre-set and I run it once a month and my washer remains sparkling clean. 

The matching dryer is wonderful also.  The anti-wrinkle setting is a must on any dryer and since mine is electric, this saves me money. My husband uses the touch up cycle for drying his shirts (extra thick) cotton tees.  He was quite impressed with how well the dryer works.

If  you want a set that can be called a "work-horse" the Kenmore HE2 Plus and matching dryer is it.
