Kenmore Washer - Front Load HE2 Plus Review

The HE2 Plus is no longer available.I loved my machine (when it was running)! Do your research on Kenmore, read the reviews because it is worth the time! Read them from every site you can find. It is important to leave reviews as well but one thing I suggest...wait 6 months to a year before you leave a 5 star rating! If you do write it early, go back and adjust your comment after it breaks down, no matter what model or brand you choose...you may just save someone from making the same mistake. I failed to leave a review after the first year of owning this machine and I feel awful about it. If you received a disfuctional machine keep after Sears to hear you out. It wasn't until we tweeted on Twitter that we FINALLY got some help. Sears is being very good to starighten out the issue for us I am totally impressed and excited that we may actually get to return to shopping at Sears again. We swore them off for a couple of years. Since the buy out from K-Mart we noticed all of the problems. The customer service is lacking BIG TIME but I hope they are working on this. Repair is EXTREMELY SLOW but I am hoping they are working on this as well. I am optimistic Sears will earn back many loyal customers by showing concern and making it right by their products. Kudos to Sears!
