Kenmore Washer - 500 Review

I bought this Kenmore 500 washing machine for $399 on sale at Sears in Yreka California, and it included free delivery via a rebate.  It's very noisy, so you wouldn't want it placed anywhere near the main part of the house, but it certainly gets the job done!  Our clothes are much cleaner now (our old washer was also a Kenmore, but probably about 20+ years old).  I have a 12 year old son who is into every sport he can possibly cram into a season, so we have lots of very dirty loads of clothes and so far this washer has been very reliable, even with heavy snowboarding gear such as jackets, ski pants, and even gloves.  Our laundry room is off the kitchen, so the noise doesn't really bother us, and I'd already read other reviews so I was aware of the fact that the washer wasn't one of the quieter ones!  The thing I love most about it is that it holds a TON of clothes, blankets, towels, etc. and still gets everything clean.  I bought the matching dryer and couldn't be more please with both purchases!
