I've had this unit for only a month, and it's a complete piece of crap!
First off, whatever you do, DO NOT order this from Sears!!! The installation people were completely inept, and the service department is absolutely ridiculous. When Sears installed it, they hooked up my machine and didn't even run a load to check it - they just said it was good to go and left. As soon as I ran the first load, it vibrated my entire house! It just about walked out of the laundry room! I checked to see if the machine was level - it was completely off! They didn't even level the machine!! After doing that, I looked behind the machine to notice that they installed it so close to the wall that my dryer duct was pinched almost shut! So, I had to remove the machine from the room, level it out, went back to the store to get another dryer duct, and installed the whole thing myself (I'm an engineer so I know how to do this stuff - if you want to do something right, you do it yourself!). Well, since doing all of that, it's much better, but it still vibrates excessively on large loads. I tried absorber pads, but it still doesn't help. If I don't find this root cause, my machine probably won't last a year. And my neighbors will learn to hate me! I'm going to go home tonight and rip off the front of it and look to see the shock absorbers and balance drum. In any regard, PLEASE save yourself a lot of hassle and do not buy this machine! Trust me! Go get you a GE, which I should've done in the first place! I only bought this machine bc it was $75 cheaper than the GE brand!
