We got this over the stove microwave in December 2009.  It was very reasonably priced.  What a great deal.  I have used it every day since we installed it.  My only negative comment is that the exhaust fan is super noisy and that's that only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars.  I love every other aspect of it.  I have only recently started using it to it's full capacity.  I just realized that there is a button to push for soften and a button for melt.  It asks you what you're softening / melting!  The kids love the popcorn button.  It somehow knows what size bag you're popping - my last microwave had a popcorn button but you had to indicate what oz. bag.  There is also a pizza button for reheating pizza and a potato button.  According to the manual, the internal sensor detects a certain amount of humidity coming from the food, and it will tell the oven how much longer to heat.  Pretty cool!  There are also auto defrost, auto reheat and auto cook features.  Love this microwave!
