I agree. I have had this side by side since January 2009 and will be having my 3rd service call in a few days. The refrigerator side freezes nearly everything on the shelf above the vegetable drawers and much of what is in the top vegetable drawer. Every day I toss out what WAS perfectly good food. I do not recommend this side by side to anyone.
