Bought a Kenmore Coldspot 10676239402 in 2006. I have not overloaded shelves with too much weight or abused the fridge in any way.I opened the fridge today with a shelf broken and everything on it fallen. In less than 3 years, all the plastic trim of the shelves have cracked. 2 shelves have cracked in 3 spots, the others have multiple stress cracks. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Sears and being transferred all around the parts, service, customer service, store Dept.s, no one can help me. We recently purchased a new Kenmore refrigerator from your Christiansburg VA store.  The refrigerator is a dream come true.  This is the only brand we shall buy.

We purchased a Kenmore French Door refrigerator, Model # 78306, with bottom freezer. I was replacing a twenty one year old Knmore, and I have to say I was intrigued by the design, but a bit nervous about the bottom freezer. After reading lots of reviews online, I decided it was the fridge for me. I am so glad I did! This fridge is so roomy, and the bottom freezer is a breeze. There is a pull-out top shelf in it for the Ice bin and ice trays.
