Kenmore Refrigerator Review

We recently purchased a new Kenmore refrigerator from your Christiansburg VA store.  The refrigerator is a dream come true.  This is the only brand we shall buy. 

The entire sales and delivery process was so refreshing and pleasant that we wish to complement all persons involved.   The Sears sales representative was so knowledgeable and efficient in showing us a product that was wanted that the sale was a pleasant experience.   His knowledge of the products features and quality wss outstanding and lead to rapidly finding what was needed. His information on the delivery and available rebates and sales was accurate and provided great assistance.  The delivery company was New Century from Salem VA.   The delivery specialists'  care. efficiency and knowledge was exceptional compared to our long 3- yrs plus experience in receivieng deliveries... this delivery rates as the absolute tops for accuracy, courtesy and customer service.  Please relay our thanks directly to the Sears sales person and the delivery persons of New Century Delivery...
