Just happens that I had a experience with Sears and a refrigerator that needs to know by as many as can read this review. It seems that the point of view that Sears puts the sales force is to only sell the product, not find the right application for the product being sold. Most times buyers could be sold up if the discussion matched the application.
In my case I still have to suffer form this approach. New refrigerators are not designed like the older models. The new refrigerators are designed to only work in a fairly "normal" environment. Temperature sensitive in operation and unless you do read the fine print and research, Sears really doesn't care about you after the sale. I have had to learn as I go and still have the wrong application for the refrigerator Sears provided me.
This I believe is where Sears is losing focus with there customers. Times are changing where once Sears had the "best mouse trap" but now is under alot of competition. Once I was Sears loyal, but now I look at all the competitors before I even consider Sears. Over the last 4 years I gave Sears every opportunity to prove they willing and able to support the products they sell. Each and every time I had a problem it was a nightmare to get someone to act responsible.
My situation is still not correct. I literally have to not use the machine for 6 months a year so that I don't void the warranty. And as of this writing Sears doesn't care and will not talk to me about this issue.
Thank you for letting me express my opinions. I hope that some others learn from my experiences.
