Had it for 5years. The last three years I vacuumed 2000 squ feet 5 to 7 times a week because off allergies . The first thing to go was the latch to keep it in an upright position when not in use. Nbd there. About 5 months ago the pegs that connect the lid below the dust canister broke off but I was still able to jerry rig it back together after every use. Last month it stared to smoke,ball joint or something had the brush seized up. Roommates fixed it. Four days ago I got a Shark navigator lift away. Hated it. Went back over what I did using the Shark with my Kenmore and it picked up all kinds of stuff then 6 feet later the belt snapped. I have been very happy with this vacuum. The suction is incredible and I put it through hell but it kept going like a champ till the very end. Forgot to mention we have a large long hair dog and a small short hair dog. Oh! And the filter can be hand washed clean

It is a great value for the money. It is easy to use and to empty. It's not to big so it is easy to store, a space saver. My family tracks in a lot of dirt so I have to vacumm every day and this vacumm makes it easy to do that. It uses the wind tunnel technology which gets alot of dirt up.

I am not at all a fan of this Kenmore "Quick Clean" Vacuum Cleaner. Where do I start off? Well, the first couple of times I used it, it was fine but every time after it was just a problem. It's relatively easy to use but count on the belts breaking all the time, the terrible after stench it leaves after you vacuum your rugs, and the part I absolutely despise it doesn't suck up any crumbs or dirt off of the floor. I can not tell you how many times I've had to run over the same cookie crumb with the vacuum just to get this thing to suck it up off the floor! I would spend less time removing dirt, cat hair, and crumbs off of therug with my own fingers! This is a cheap vacuum cleaner so I guess I got what I paid for but in my experience I've bought a lot of things cheaper with better quality and this just isn't one of those things. I would not recommend this Kenmore "Quick Clean" Vacuum Cleaner to anyone.

I'm not sure I have this same model, mine is a different color, but it is a Quick Clean bagless Kenmore and buying this vacuum was the worst decision I've made regarding home appliances. It is a huge pain and a dirty mess to empty the canister and, after each use, the filter is always clogged to the point I have to take it outside and clean the crevices with a toothpick.   I have no complaints with the suction, actually it does a pretty good job.  But if I have to spend longer cleaning an appliance than I did using the appliance to clean, no thanks!

The design of the Kenmore Quick Clean does not appear to have been well thought out. If a person is going to insist on creating a minimally suctioning vacuum you succeeded. THe very least that could be done is to have put the floor plate hose on the top of the machine as (and I do not exagerate) every time the vacuum is taken out for use this must be removed and unplugged. There have been multiple times that I have gotten out the broom and dustpan to get the dirt in a pile and sweep most of it up as your vacuum will not even suction up the dirt when it is in a pile for it. I will be the first to admit that I am not a small appliance repair person but I would venture to think that my 50 years of experience in cleaning would count for something with most people. I have 4 daughters and they along with myself all have the same opinion of your product.

WE just love this Kenmore Quickclean Upright Vacuum. It seems the price reduced the day after we bought it, but it is worth every penny. It never loses suction. The twin chambers capture all those errant little dust bunnies and make the home pleasant and clean. Warranty was very reasonable, too. Kenmore Quickclean leaves those signature "clean marks" in the carpet tread so the home always has a fresh look. I have compared it to several other brands that I borrowed before I bought this one. It is by far my favorite. This canister vac does what it says it will do. No worries about allergies, mised spots, and you don't even have to adjust it when going from carpet to ceramic tile. Our maintenance man was over servicing the air conditioner, and when he saw how fast it sucked up the dust, he immediately asked where he could get one! And the German word for vacuum cleaner is "Staubsaucher" or "dustsucker"! The only thing I regret is missing the sale by one day, but I find it lives up to the Kenmore name VERY , very well!

After many years of owning a  standard bag vacuum and  buying bags  simply to thow them away I got tired of spending the  money and having to clean up any mess (invaribley happens) when emptying it. So i purchase  this  bagless to see  if it was  effective as the  bag unit. IE was  not sure so i did not want to invest a  fortune  in it. To my delite I found the unit very easy to empty with no extra clean up neccessary (dirt spilling) wonderfull and what a change;  no more wasteing money on bags; I have  found  the  power sufficient to pick-up neary all the normal house hold litter and  really like  the  attachments available and the ease of using them. it could use a bit more amperage on the motor but of course that comes with a  cost . i have found  the belt easy to replace and  it has very good longevity and a minimal price to boot  and the same is  with the  brush very easy to replace and  at a minimal cost after years of use i discovered it was wort the replacing and  gave a back to new performance to the  unit. I bought the Kenmore Quick Clean Vacuum for my new apartment at a Black Friday Sale a couple years ago. I am so impressed by what all it picks up! I have a cat and 2 dogs and the humans of the house all have long hair. You can see how well it works every time you use it by how full the canister is. I have yet to buy a new filter and I've had if for almost 2 years.

The Kenmore Quick Clean vacuum is great. I have had this vacuum for two years now and I just love it. It does its job well and comes with multiple accessories to get in them hard to reach places. It has a retractable cord or as they call it the power reel which makes it easy to move around and to put away. I especially like the hand mate jr. it comes with. This allows me to clean under the couch cushions when the kids get there crumbs in there. It has great sucking power and picks up everything in its path. This was the first vacuum I personally purchased after being given hand me downs from the 70's and this one is worth every cent. It has the canister so you don't need to buy bags. If you are like me, you like the kids to help with chores and this vacuum is easy for the kids to use and not too heavy for them to push around. The only downside I have learned is that if you let the canister get too full and continue to vacuum, I think that it gets overheated and shuts down on you. Leaving you wait at least 10 minutes before it will turn on again.

I wasn't sure about the quality of a vacuum under 60.00 but was pleasantly surprised. My son destroyed my last vacuum and had to get a new one but didn't have a lot of money to spend on it. I have 5 cats and a dog, so the ability to pick up pet hair is a necessity. I plugged it in and started sweeping. This sweeper picked up hair galore! It has an extra large dirt collector so you don't have to empty the bagless cannister so often. It is a lightweight vacuum which is great for carrying upstairs and room to room. The only thing I didn't like about it is the bottom emptying dirt bin. It is difficult to hold the cannister, realease the lock on it and open the bottom all at the same time, you really need another hand. Other than this minor fault I think it is a great vacuum for anyone who can't afford an expensive sweeper.
