Kenmore products are known for their reliability. I have several Kenmore products and have never had single problem with any of them. I highly recommend the Kenmore Progressive Upright Vacuum. It makes vacuuming quick and easy. Vacuuming should not be hard labor nor complicated. This vacuum is neither. It gets the job done. I bought the extended warranty and now realize, Kenmore products don't need them.
