Kenmore Washer - Oasis HE Review

We purchased a Kenmore washing machine about 3 years ago for our condo in Florida.  It is the noisest machine I have ever heard.  I wish I had done something about it when we first bought it but it was time for us to come back North.  I would never recommend it to anyone.  I was wondering if when it was installed, if the person who delivered it forgot to remove something or whatever.  I t would be great to get some feedback on this since I have this opportunity to express myself.  We are here in Holliston right now but will be back in Fl in October.  Please advise.  Thank You.

I looked below and I 'm getting the impression that we are talking about two different items.  Our machine is not a compact one.  It is a freestanding top loading washing machine.
