The Sears delivery men arrived close to the appointed time and proceeded to unpack and unload on BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator.  I had already unloaded and disconnected the old refrige and was prepared to receive my BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator and the wife and I stepped out to observe.  Upon inspection there were numerous and obvious scratches and marks all over the lower portion of the unit.  The front freezer door had a scratch along the bottom edge that looked as if a knife had cleanly cut a groove.   Upon examining the Sears contractor paperwork there was a warehouse "comment" about the plain to see "damages".   CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT.  It would be totally different IF this unit was from the "scratch and dent" outlet store, but this was a BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator which I paid TOP DOLLAR for.....anyway, this saga remains unresolved as the unit was rejected and returned and another BRAND NEW SEARS KEMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator is headed my way this Friday...5 Sept 2008.
