Kenmore Elite Refrigerator - French Door Refrigerator with Bottom Freezer —
Kenmore Elite French Door Refrigerator with Bottom Freezer. Horrible horrible. Had it one day and everything in vegetable bins was frozen and water was all over the inside of the refrigerator. Awful. But what's worse is the horrible customer service. And, staying on the phone trying to get help took hours. I was lost in the system and now they don't even have a record of my refrigerator being picked up. They don't have any paperwork for you to sign when they do pick it up. I did have the driver sign a paper that I wrote out and that's all I have. I have $2,821.10 floating around Sears that I would surely like to have refunded to me. This is NOT a fun experience.
