Kenmore Elite Electric Dryer - HE 4 Review

I have a 1 1/2 year old Kenmore Elite HE4 dryer (electric) which stopped working the 2nd week of August.  It is now Oct 8th and I am still without a functioning dryer.  I have had Sears repair people to my house six times over the past eight weeks and I am not any closer to having my dryer fixed.  I have been sent defective replacement parts twice, had service people fail to show up after waiting at home for four hours, and have made repeated calls (over 20) to the Sears Service Center.  I am extremely dissapointed in the poor customer service provided by Sears.
