We have this for almost 10 years now with no problems. A great refrigerator for a family of 5. Lots of storage!!!

This is the second kenmore refrigerator I have hated. The first one I bought brand new stopped working and i was not able to get it repaired. It was apparently a dud because it lasted only a couple of years. I had to go out and buy another refrigerator and out of stupidity I bought yet another kenmore. I like the looks of them and people seem to really like them. I am unhappy with this new one as well. I have a lot of frozen meats, and it doesn't work well for us. It is hard to get a lot of frozen stuff in it, and what I do get crammed in, falls out. I don't know why they make the freezer so darn narrow to the point it's difficult to get stuff out. The fridge is sized and designed good, the freezer is not. It's not for people who freeze a lot because it just can't hold a lot, and it's hard to organize and then remove your stuff. I delt with the issues because I did not want to buy another fridge, and after a while I noticed my freezer was way too cold so I lowered the freezer temp and still had that problem. Even on the lowest setting it freezes stuff way too much. Ice cream is so hard it's not edible out of there. Everything was getting freezer burnt and ruined. Then to top it all off, my fridge stopped being cold. On the highest setting it was barely cold enough to keep things from rotting. So I had to get rid of this fridge. I had a too cold freezer, and too warm fridge. I won't give this company any more of my money because I ended up with a lot of thrown away food, not to mention a lot of wasted money. Temperature Control Went to pooh in a hurry. It had no temp control after less than a year of use and no apparent reason why. Durability Not good, paid all that money for less than a year and half of the time I threw away a lot of things because of the temps not being correct on either side.

We recently acquired one of these fridges from a foreclosed house, and it has worked out great. It took some cleaning, but it looks and runs as good as new. Interior Organization The shape of the drawers on the bottom is a little bit odd, and the freezer is a little bit narrow. It's hard to reach into the freezer past the door unless the door is open very wide. But other than that, the design of the fridge is nice. The fridge doors have large containers to hold things that are completely enclosed on the bottom. This helps keep small things that we often keep in the door from slipping out under the bar on the side (such as string cheese and boiled eggs). These containers are also removable, which makes it much easier to clean them. Durability This fridge sat unused for several months, but still worked all right when we started it up. Design I give the design a low rating because of the narrowness of the freezer and the way the door opens. The design could be improved simply by allowing the door to open further.

For the price of the fridge, it's definitely a great deal! It has the perfect amount of fridge and freezer space! There's four of us in my house and it fits everything perfectly! There's a built in ice and water maker. Ice comes in handy and saves time from filling up ice cube trays and the water in handy for on the go, plus saves money from buying filters for our tap water. Buttons on the outside for easy access to change the temperatures too. There's also a beep noise that goes off in case you forget to close the doors! Overall great product and great price! Suitable for families and definitely worth it!

The overall design of the fridge is nice it can be a bit bulky and in the way. Noise Level Unfortunately the voice level of the ice maker and the ices hone is noises and sometimes is a distraction Interior Organization It is nice, very open and easy to get to everything Temperature Control It seems to either be too cold that it freezes things in the back or too warm where it doesn't keep things cool enough Ease of Cleaning It is hard to clean and takes a long time to remove all the shelves and clean everything wapwcially if there is a spill of juice or something Durability It is good if you have kids who like to put pictures up and throw things, it won't break easily and can withhold a few toys being thrown at it. It is also a nice thing to have when you have to keep aloe of things like bags of ice or lots of meat Design I like the design and the color is nice too it fits into the scheme of my kitchen. Many guests like it as we'll and I get many compliments on it when I have parties

This refrigerator has been top quality and has suited my family well for years. It stores a great deal of food and the shelving is adjustable. I can store a ton of food and the refrigerator runs very quietly. I also have found this refrigerator very easy to clean, and have taken out the shelves a number of times with ease.

I love this i can put anything in it and still have room. its easy to clean with everything that pulls out. and i can hardly hear it running.i have a family of 6 and this is the right size for us. i can easily control the temperature in both the freezer and in the refrigerator it self with ease.with small children , it is convenient to put things my kids want at the bottom so they can reach it at their convenience and if they spill any thing i can wipe it out with ease. i love that it came in black in color so it fits into my kitchen and looks so marvelous , sleek, and up to date. i think this was our best buy of the year that my husband and i made for our family. my refrigerator also has water and ice on the door and controls to program it also with ease. my ice can come out in three different ways cube, crushed and shaven.Every one loves that they can have their drinks their way and if they play to much with it my husband or i can lock it on where we want it where the kids cant play with it anymore.

When Thanksgiving came this year, we were very concerned that we would not be able to fit all of the delicious food left over this year in the refrigerator. That was until we purchased our new Kenmore. It has the size and room to fit all of our food and beverages in with room to spare. I think it was the best purchase we made for the Holidays. I can't wait to christmas, so we can fill it up to capacity again. Thanks Kenmore for making such a good product. The best thing about this Kenmore is that you can get the ice and water right out of the door. This is great for the children since they were constantly spilling ice on the floor with our old fridge. Now they can simple put a glass in the door and they are all done. Less mess for me and less time mopping up the mess that they used to create. the black color goes perfect with the kitchen decor and the no fingerprint surface keeps it looking like new. Now if I can just stop going in it maybe I can maintain my diet for the holidays.

We have had this refrigerator for a few years and it has held up to all our needs. We can easily move the shelves to fit our needs, depending on how tall some things are. The room in the door shelves is more than adequate. The ice maker has a function that can produce ice quickly when we run out. The black exterior holds up to my magnet collection without scratching. Noise Level This refrigerator is very quite, even when making ice. Interior Organization The fact that the shelves can be moved to our needs when we have taller items is perfect. Temperature Control The temperature control holds within a good 5 degree range when we put our portable thermometer in it. Ease of Cleaning The crisper drawers come out very easily to be able to clean them. The interior is very easy to wipe down with a damp cloth. Durability We have had this refrigerator for a few years and it has held up very well under normal operating conditions. Design The side by side doors is just what we needed. The shelves in the door hold plenty of supplies and are big enough to hold a gallon of milk.

This is a good sized fridge, but good luck regulating the temperature properly. Temperature Control The controls are beyond a pain in the rear, you either have everything in the freezer melting or everything in the fridge freezing. After two years of owning this we still have not found a way to equal them out. There are spots near the crisper that bring the cold air from the freezer to the fridge, but it doesn't stop at affecting the crisper, it shills everything in the fridge also.
