I really like this washing machine; it's only drawback is my drain pump keeps freezing and should be replaced. They put the filter, that needs to be cleaned regularly in a very inaccessible place. If you don't keep it clean, it ruins the drain pump=more $$ for Kenmore (my opinion) in either replacement parts and service or a whole new machine. Parts are so expensive many people opt to just replace the machine instead of fixing them. We finally just left the front 'access' panel off so we can clear the drain pump and filter easily and now the pump rarely stops working.

This is an amazing washing machine. It looks so great and it works so well and so fast that you can a lot more laundry done each day. Energy Efficiency I like that this washing machine doesn't use any more electricity than the average washing machine. I have a pretty low electric bill and this washing machine helps to keep it low and everybody likes to save money. Cleaning Time This washing machine is pretty fast. It's faster than my old washing machine and other washing machines I have tried over the years. Very efficient. Performance My clothes always come out very clean. All of the stains are gone as are all of the smells that may have accumulated. Ease of Use It's so simple to figure out how to use this washing machine that a child could figure it out. I didn't even need to use the instruction manual. It's just so easy. Design This is such a modern looking washing machine that looks like it comes from a high end home. Durability I use this washing machine a lot and haven't had any problems.
