This coffee pot is the whole enchilada. Not only is it the most beautiful coffee maker I have ever seen, it offers almost every feature that you can think of and for a perfectly reasonable price. Brew Performance This pot makes the best coffee. It has a water filtration system built in that uses charcoal to remove all the yucky flavors and impurities from your water. We have really hard water so to us coffee makers are pretty disposable since the lime build up clogs up and drastically slows us down. I was pretty skeptical of spending so much on a coffee pot where normally I buy the cheapest one knowing it is only going to be around for a month or two. Not anymore! This even filters out the lime. Had this pot now for six months, which may not seem like a lot to you, but when you go through 12 coffee makers at least per year six months is a world record. Ease of Cleaning It is super easy to clean, most of the parts are removable and easily washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Ease of Use It is the easiest coffee maker. The filter is removable and washable so no paper ones are needed. It has the ability to be programmed to brew whenever you would like to have your coffee. I usually get mine ready the night before so that we wake up to fresh brewed coffee. Design This is the most beautiful coffee maker period. The stainless steel, the sleek lines, absolutely gorgeous. Durability It is a kenmore, of course it is durable!

This is your basic 12 cup coffee maker with a lot of modernized features and a beautiful stainless steel on black design. Everything in my kitchen is stainless steel; the refrigerator, oven/range,toaster, blender and now my coffee maker. It was the last and final purchase I made to make my kitchen complete. I love it and have no desire for a fancy pod using coffee maker or espresso machine. I like a regular cup of coffee and this maker suits my needs. Brew Performance The features I love most about this coffee brewer is the function buttons. I love the LED screen and the timer feature. The Kenmore Elite brews 12 cups of coffee more fast then any previous coffee maker I have owned which is important to me when I am in a rush for work. That's why I love the timer feature. I set it to 5am and by the time I come downstairs to put on my coat and grab my purse, I've got a full pot of coffee to transfer into my travel cup at 5:15am. Ease of Cleaning The whole unit is easy to clean but the most important cleaning part of the maker is the filter basket when I am in the middle of doing a million other things and setting up my coffee to brew for the next morning. Running it under some hot water for a few seconds does the trick. No stains and it comes clean almost instantaneously. As for when I am doing an overall cleanout of the brewer, I love that all the components are dishwasher safe so it cuts cleaning time in half and no stress! Ease of Use Pour in the water, fill the filter with the coffee grounds and either hit the timer or hit the start button and I am good to go. When pouring from the carafe into a cup it doesn't spill over the lip of the carafe which has always been a frustrating issue with all of my previous makers. Design Simple yet modern and innovative. I love it! Durability You can see and feel it is built to last. I drink so much coffee that this maker has been through the ringer and I have only had it less than a year. I run all the components through the dishwasher and they come out good as new. This a great coffee maker!

I have a Keurig for fast morning cups of coffee, but on the weekends and when guests come over, I needed to be able to make massive amounts of coffee and keep it warm for those who are late risers. The Kenmore Elite 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker is a perfect addition to my kitchen countertop. I love the sleek look of stainless steel combine with amazing performance. I only wish that the carafe was stainless steel as well, simply because my husband has quite possibly set a world record for breaking glass carafes. This is one of many Kenmore appliances that I have recently purchased in the Elite line. I really like the look and function of this new line. The digital features on this coffee maker are top of the line, easy to see and simple to program. The coffee comes out fresh, and even when it sits on the warming plate, it never has that burnt taste to it. The pause and serve feature makes it perfect for multiple users. And I now use a reusable filter basket to cut down on waste from traditional paper filters.

I have previously purchased and owned this Kenmore Elite 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker in Stainless Steel and I really do like. First of all I have owned it for a couple of years now and it has withstood the test of time and has proved to be a very durable coffee maker. Second, I really love the stainless steel design as it helps to make my counter very nice. I do not like how it shows finger prints but they are very easy to wipe off. This product is very easy to clean and you can wash it in the dishwasher every now and then and get it super clean. This Kenmore coffee maker I believe makes excellent coffee every time and also it brews really fast so yo do not have to wait. It is very high tech as far as being able to program it to come on it the morning and start brewing without me doing anything (my favorite feature). The price of this product is average. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new coffee maker.

My mother-in-law purchased this Kenmore Elite 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker Stainless Steel few years ago from a sale. I also have used this product and it was pretty easy to use. The coffee maker looked elegant and had features that are easy to understand even without referring to the manual. It had a timer which indicated when the coffee is prepared but the taste of the coffee is very unpleasant and bitter. Since my mother-in-law enjoyed the taste she did not mind using the product but for a coffee lover like me, the taste was quite bitter and it felt like I am drinking some burned coffee beans instead of pure coffee. The coffee also was a bit light and not strong enough to keep me awake. The product heated up very quickly and when I used it merely for 20 minutes, the exterior of the product felt hot. The product came with a 5-year warranty which is the only saving grace.
