SEARS SUCKS!!!! You have been warned.
Just a warning to anyone needing appliance repair service. DO NOT use SEARS. On 3 different occasions I have called Sears to have appliances repaired. I have had problems with them every time where they have not shown up for the appointments, did not schedule the appointments after taking them over the phone and they actually give me a conformation number, and even rescheduled an appointment and still did not show up. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. On my last call (number 3) to schedule an appointment, I even signed up for an extended warranty but then they never rescheduled the second appointment yet again they gave me a day and time range that someone would be there. Again no show....
NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS OR EVEN STEP FOOT IN ANY OF THEIR DEPARTMENT STORES FOR ANY REASON. I JUST CLOSED MY SEARS CHARGE CARD, CANCELED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND WILL CALL A LOCAL REPAIR SERVICE FOR MY APPLIANCE REPAIRS. AT THIS RATE IF THEY CONTINUE TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS, THEY WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS LONG.
