My main problem with this dishwasher, which was new and already installed when we purchased our new home, is that dirty water keeps entering the washer from the bottom. If I don't pay attention, it collects in the dishwasher and ends up smelling terrible. It also 'overflows' quite frequently. I've gotten to the point where I'd rather hand wash my dishes, to avoid having water damage to my hardwood kitchen floor. MY favorite brand is Whirlpool...and, when I have the extra cash, I will purchase one and replace this leaky, smelly thing!
