I am long time sears customer and very sad to say that Sears warranty repair services is degrading in quality, customer service is degrading (phone rep's poor attitude like "no care for customer"), especially automatic phone services, which takes around 10 minutes before you can speak to someone, then he/she would ask same annoying questions again which you already answered, and then he/she would transfer to someone else. You may stay connected after transfer if you are lucky and then another wait time comes on the phone, listening annoying phone machine explaining "how Sears is good to their customer". Here, I am listening that annoying sound after I wasted more than 15 minutes and I stil have not gotten what I called for. Its somewhat funny when you tell a story like this to friends but it is actually not funny when you experienced that pathetic experience. What is the point paying for Seras services, when we can not even get a straight answer for simple service.
