Kenmore 54701 Dehumidifier — 

After a particularly heavy rainstorm the day of my son's birthday party, our basement had seepage because the water had nowhere to go, except in everyone's basements. We had not needed a dehumidifier before this because our finished basement has always been dry. I bought this dehumidifier and it has helped keep the basement dried out. It even smells better! You can actually feel the difference in the air when you walk down there. I highly recommend this product!
