This machine was a disappointing purchase. Stitch Performance With this machine, the stitches are not even, pull the material together, and pull loose. The material gets bunched up under the presser foot. I spend more time pulling back out stiches than actually getting items sewn together. Ease of Use Getting the machine threaded and set up is pretty easy. The machine is made for basic forward and backward stitching. Fabric Handling The foot grabs the material, bunches it up, and knots up the thread. It is horrible at fabric handling. Versatility As I stated above, this sewing machine is for basic forward and backward stitching. I would not use this for quilting or making new garments. Design It has a simple, basic design. it has a built in carrying handle. The electrical cord is touchy and sometimes becomes unplugged in the middle of snoring. Durability This machine will last forever because I will not be using the machine much at all. I don't trust it on any special items or fabric.
