We have had a few issues with this washing machine, but I will start with the positives. It is a nice compact front loading washer so if does not take up a lot of space, yet it can wash a large load of laundry. It has a variety of options to properly wash different types of laundry/materials which cones in handy. Now on to the downsides. This machine is loud. Very loud. Even when I close the laundry room door I can here it roaring throughout the house. One reason I'm guessing is a cause of the noise level is because at some point in the wash cycle the machine starts to shake and vibrate so strongly that if there is something on top of the washer, near the edge, the vibrations/movement will cause the item(s) to fall off. Another thing I have noticed is that smaller items (children's socks) get caught in the rubber seal at the entrance of the machine where the door closes. Because of this they stay sopping wet, aren't included in the spin cycle and I question their cleanliness. I am looking forward to a new machine soon!
