This is a nice Sears kenmore front loading washer. It's not a top of the line washer but it works very well for my needs. There are five different temperature settings for almost every kind of clothes which is nice. It spins at 1200 RPM's on the spin cycle which helps get the clothes much dryer faster. Kind of nice. Energy Efficiency It has an energy express setting which can get a load done in about twenty four minutes. That's nice if you don't have a lot of time. Cleaning Time I never timed the normal cycle but the express cycle is under twenty five minutes. Performance It cleans the clothes pretty well but it depends on which kind of detergent you use too. I use an earth friendly detergent and am not sure it gets clothes as clean as a standard detergent. I like the green products myself. Ease of Use It's one of those things where you need to read the directions to work this. Design I love the front loaders as I think they work better than the top loaders. I would never go back to the old top loader washers. Durability I have no idea how durable this is because it's pretty new. However I got the extended warranty from Sears so I have no concerns.

We purchased this model some time ago and use it day in and day out. Sometimes we run 2-3 loads a day. Our kids go to sport activities every evening so sometimes their clothes can be very dirty, I just toss them in , turn it on and shortly later, out comes fresh clean clothes ready for the next day battles. It clean all of our white clothes perfectly and cleans all of our dark clothes perfectly. We have actually noticed a big difference in our power bill decreasing since using these models. I assume it's the high efficiency built into them. We couldn't be more happy with these models and what we paid for them they really was not that too expensive. My husband likes the fact they are maintenance free too. They really work hard everyday keeping our clothes, linens clean. They are really easy to wipe and keep clean as well. I would recommend to anyone this model for their own home and daily usage.
