I feel like Special K, or Kellog's, decided to hop on the bandwagon when creating their extensive line of protein and diet products. They really shouldn't have got involved (for the most part) because this product is absolutely terrible. First off, it doesn't dissolve well in water and it is way overpriced, the pre-mixed Muscle Milk tastes better than this and is more loaded with protein. I would not recommend trying this product.

I am not a big water drinker, but I thought I would give this a try. I love the flavor. Especially the new berry one they have. It helps curb my sweet tooth, and comes with plenty of protein and fiber. A little expensive, but now comes in powder single-serve packages.

So I found the Special K20 Protein Water on sale at the store and thought I'd try it. It's well, interesting, depending on how you define interesting. It has a slight gatorade taste and a slight Vitamin Water taste. I'm not sure that it's a bad thing, but I'm mostly sure that it's not a good thing either. As someone who's had diet drinks and shakes before, I'll also say that the 5g of protein that this is supposed to have doesn't seem to be doing anything for me.   I don't know that I'd get it again, but if someone offered me one, I likely wouldn't turn it down either.

This protein water is all protein and no tast at all. it tast like nothing it has no tast to it, the kiwi Strawberry has a kind of tang tast to it. it's so not not good that i can't put my finger on just how bad it tast and smell for that matter. i think when we buy these things we tend to try to thing that they are all going to tast good and smell go but they dont and this one is one of them but all is not lost i have found one drink that is just great it is call v water with the  and the liveing water they are great on tast and smell i love the red fruit  they have no calories in them and they still tast great but the protein water dose not, i thought it might have benn just me but i did not think so because when i gave one to a fried of mine she agreed with me she said girl what in the @#32323 is this. I LOL and said one of those dite protein waters she said no thank you i will stick to my GREE TEA for protein.

**Kellog's Special K2O Protein Water** really does take the edge off hunger and the strawberry kiwi flavor is the best. If your sitting at work and its still hours before lunch or you just don't have time to sit down for a meal just yet and find yourself starving try one of these. They also help for a mid-day snack instead of the high calorie snacks I usually reach for.

I really like the flavor of **Kellogg - Special K20 - Protein Water - Strawberry Kiwi** because it is pretty sweet and adds a great flavor to your water.  Each bottle contains 5 grams of protein plus fiber so it is good for you.  Each bottle is only 50 calories, so it is a refreshing drink and curbs your appetite.  I have also tried the Strawberry Kiwi mix that is easy to use because you just add the powder to your water, shake a little and it is great for on the go.  Each packet is only 30 calories so it is a great way to manage your weight.  I like the strawberry kiwi taste because it has a flavor of fresh ripe strawberries and is a little tart from the kiwi.  This is a refreshing drink and gives you the protein you need.

I haven't tried the bottled Special K Protein Water, but recently purchased the Special K Protein Water Mix in Strawberry Kiwi flavor. Unlike the comments posted by other reviewers, the Mix has only 30 calories and NO sugar! Plus, it contains 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein, which is a great, natural way to stave off hunger and increase your daily fiber and protein intake without packing on the calories. I wouldn't use it as a meal replacement (no need, since there are only 30 calories) but it's delicious as a refreshing snack and is a nice change from drinking tons of plain old water. I highly recommend it!

I had seen commercials and read stuff about the Special K protein waters by Kelloggs, and last night I had an opportunity to try some.  I have to admit I am a little addicted to my diet sodas, but more than one doctor has told me I am a very dehydrated, since this result has come on more than one occasion I can't help but think that the diet sodas are not only not doing me any good but are potentially affecting my over all health.  So last night when I stopped for gas I was thirsty, and wouldn't be able to get home for over an hour, so I went in to get a drink, and I decided to avoid the soda and go with something more water based, but I wasn't in the mood for plain water, so I bought a Special K20 Protein Water in the Kiwi Strawberry flavor.  Before I opened it I was afraid that it would taste really watered down, but when I actually drank it, I was pleasantly surprised.  It tasted a lot like they Crystal Lite strawberry Kiwi flavor, except it tasted a little more on the strawberry side, and the kiwi flavor kind of came as an after affect.  I actually liked it.  Also when I got home and ate dinner I got full really fast, and couldn't finish my dinner, I don't know if it had anything to do with the Special K20 water or not don't normally get full that easily, so it is possible that it helped me to eat less after drinking it. The Special K20 water actually contains 5 grams of protein which is something you will not find in a lot of drinks.  The protein is there to help you stay on track on a diet as it will stay with you longer.  Unlike most diet drinks especially Crystal Lite, this drink does have 50 calories. But there is no fat, and there is a small amount of carbohydrate at 8 grams.  There are also 8 grams of sugar, so it is not a sugar free drink, but it is a low sugar drink.  There is also little bit of sodium at 30mg, but that is not that bad either.  The drink also contains some calcium, and there is milk product in there so those who have problems with milk should be aware of this. This drink is made with 10% calcium. Since I kind of need to back off the soda and need to drink more liquids I think from now on when I see this product offered when I need to stop for a drink that I will get this. It tastes good enough that I don't miss the diet soda, and it contains very little calories or carbs, and will help me with my calcium intake as well.
