I tried them and LOVED them! I decided to sneak em' in on the kids and they too love them so now they are a MUST in the house! Light snack, Low Calorie's and Fat

Looking for Healthy Snacks

I am a hopeless mid afternoon snacker. I am constantly on the look out for low fat and low calorie items to keep my mid afternoon cravings at bay. Recently I found the Kellog's Special K Cereal bars on sale and decided to try the honey nut flavor.

The Kellog's Special K bars come 6 to a box. Each bar is .77 and is about the same size as a typical cereal bar, or chewy granola bar, or snack bar.

When you take these bars out of the package you will notice that they are kind of light and fluffy looking, they look like they are made of light fluffy granola type cereal, but you can see little...

I love granola bars. I'm always looking at nutrition content for caloie content, and Special K is one of the lowest. For that, I award bonus stars. I look forward every morning to biting into one of these sweet, chewy bars to start my day.

Having said all this, I have to say "Honey Nut" is my least favorite of the flavors. For an irresistable arroma and lovely taste, I reccomend the NEW cinnamon pecan variety, also Speical K.

I like the taste of Special K Cereal Bars. They come in a variety of flavors and I think the taste is good. Also, the low calorie count is nice. Somehow though, they just seem really small to me. I guess it depends how big of a snack your looking for, but after 3 bites they're gone.

This stuff is so good! Yummy and fairly healthy!! Good stuff! The peaches and berries are really good, too! I like all the flavors, these are great for a breakfast on-the-go!!! They also satisfy your sweet tooth, if you are looking for a snack.

SPECIAL K BARS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A FAVORITE OF MINE. SO WHEN I DISCOVERED THE HONEY NUT I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED WITH THE SWEET AND NUTTY FLAVOR. JUST THE RIGHT BLEND FOR ME.
