Kellogg's Special K Diet — 

Kellogg's Special K Diet is based on the idea of eating cereal twice per day and eating one healthy meal per day, along with fruits, vegetables, and other Kellogg Special K products.

Does it Work?

Kellogg's Special K Dietclaims to help you lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. That's assuming you make it 2 weeks on this diet. It is a calorie restrictive plan and you really have to enjoy the cereal to make it work for you.

If you follow the program as Kellogg's prescribes, you can lose weight though.

Not Another Bowl of Cereal!

If you get bored with the cereal on the Kellogg's Special K Diet you can switch things up a bit by trying different flavors, like vanilla almond, have a protein bar, drink protein water or add fruit to the cereal to change the taste and add something sweet.

Sounds like it could work, but I don't know if I could handle restrictions like these. I like cereal, but I don't know if I could eat it in place of a regular meal.
