The Special K Cereal Diet really works!!!!! I tried it about 3 years ago. I lost 6-8 lbs. in 2 weeks. However, I didn't use Special K, I used Frosted Flakes! And I didn't eat cereal for breakfast because I need more than cereal to get me going in the morning. I ate breakfast as usual and ate cereal for lunch and dinner. It was hard at first but I had will-power and I stuck with it. Now I do the cereal diet at least 2 or 3 days a week just to maintain my weight.
