Kellogg's Special K Diet — 

I started the Special K diet in December. It worked for me, but I did get a bit sick of the products and I found myself constantly hungry. I am slowly weening myself off of the Protein Mixes and Protein Bars, because I've learned that the bars have entirely too much sugar. The plan, though, did work for me. I started at 151 pounds and in two weeks I lost about 8 pounds. I also exercised, about 1-2 miles 4-5 days a week on the treadmill. I thank the Special K diet for getting me to realize that it's not hard to incorporate fruits and veggies into your diet, and that it is okay to snack. The diet helped me to realize it's not hard to lose weight!  It helped me kickstart my diet, and I'm down 4 more pounds!
