Kellogg's Special K Diet — 

I have donethe Special K years ago without even knowing there was a plan.. I gained weight after my back surgery and was limitied to burn exercise so I used the Special K plan and lost weight in the first week.I am not hungry on this plan, it does not cost a lot and it is good tasting.
