It would be a good idea if the products didn't contain HFCS.

Kellogg's Special K Diet —

I bought the Special K products thinking they were healthy and this diet idea seemed pretty cool, until I decided to check the ingredients a little better and not just believe to what they tell you in all those commercial.

Well... They have High Fructose Corn Syrup, which has been shown in many studies to be connected to obesity and many heart related problems!!!

I don't think so!

I will stick with all the other cereals/ granola bars who don't contain HFCS and/or hidrogenated fats.

HFCS isn't a poison - it is sugar. It contributes to obesity and related heart problems by adding calories. Treat HFCS like you would any other form of sugar - consume it in moderation and watch your calories. Finding it on an ingredient list shouldn't be a deal-breaker for any product: you need to evaluate it's overall nutritional value.
