Ok I was Iffy about the eat for 2 weeks, lose the weight...PEOPLE, Let me tell you...IT WORKS!!! Give it a try, you will see the results and love it. A great tasting cereal with great benefits and you you be PLEASED!!! Good taste, good value and promise kept by Special K...

This cereal is pretty yummy! I haven't tried the 2 week thing since I don't know to much about it!
