So me and my friend had heard that the Special K cereals were suppose to be good for you and help you loose weight.I wasn't too sure that it would taste good but with chocolate in it I just had to try it.I loved it! It is a great way to get some chocolate in without feeling guilty and it taste great! I don't eat it  for breakfast but for a lil afternoon snack. I eat a cup of the Special K Chocolately Delight cereal with a little milk and it seems to tie me over till dinner which is good b/c I am a really bad snacker!!! The only thing I hate is that all the chocolate pieces sink so you have to kinda fish for them but it is worth it!
