I needed some crackers to go with my Wisconsin Cheeseman cheese sampler. Harris Teeter had the new line from Keebler out. They're called Toasteds. Toasteds come in wheat, sesame, buttercrisp, onion and medley. I considered the medley box, but I had a wild hair and decided to give wheat another try. I've had some awful tasting wheat products, but I thought Keebler might be able to do something tasty with wheat.
Keebler puts out Club Crackers which have a buttery taste. Toasted crackers have that same undertone. It's not the key flavor, but the crackers do have a rich flavor and feel. I love Club...
review »I grew up on crackers, using them as a snack, with cheese, tuna salad, peanut butter, or with butter on them while eating chili, but we never had anything other than saltines usually. I tried other crackers, but some a little too buttery, too dry, too tough, too salty, etc...
