Keebler - Fudge Shoppe Grasshopper cookies — 

I love these cookies... they are a staple on the grocery list. I put a stock in the freezer for a fresh, yummy cool snack.They are a little difficult to find in some of the stores around me, but Giant has been pretty reliable lately.I even used them as a crust on a chocolate cheesecake... it turned out pretty good... definitely different, but yummy!
