Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic - 2000 Motorcycle —
I've had this bike for 3 years now, and it has consistently delivered 52+mpg. It has plenty of power for 2 riders. The seat height is low so it's comfortable for shorter riders. The parts are typically priced for a motorcycle, and the oil filter can be purchased at non-cycle places saving the rider money. The factory seat is adequate for the rider, but I updated mine due to the lack of padding for long rides for my passenger.
