motorcycle rider, always thinking of motorcycles, not rich, City commuter, daily driver, always thinking of the next trip
I bought my Nomad new in 2002, I have just about 49K miles on it. I haven't been sorry I bought it at all. My wife frequently rides with me as my passenger.
Saddle bags can fit a lot of stuff, though can easily be filled depending on what you're putting inside.
My mods include:
- Power Commander III USB
- Vance & Hines Exhaust - Dual Baggers
- Mustang Seat w/backrest
- Passenger Backrest with luggage rack
- Kuryakyn ISO-Grips
- Lite Bar
- Quick Release for windshield and Saddle bags
- Tank Bib
- Head light Pulser (has really reduced cars from pulling out in front)
- Throttle Lock
- Electronic Cruise Control
I love to go out riding...

safety conscious, motorcycle rider, not rich, love to travel
Vulcan 1500. A good bike. Don't have one anymore, but was my first experience on the back of a bike, as a passenger. Was easy to get those special parts to make the bike yours and was a comfortable ride. That fuel injection was a godsend when it was taken up in the mountains at Pike's Peak. I would definately recommend this bike to anyone who likes to ride and has passengers that enjoy it also. Happy riding and stay safe.
