We got our pictures done, went and had lunch while they enhanced them, came back to pick out the ones that we wanted and place our order.  Whoever had "enhanced" our pictures had done a terrible job!  The place was really busy with people everywhere.  Katie took the time to redo our enhancement, helped us pick out pictures and found us a coupon to use for our troubles.  She did all of this while answering the telephone (which rang constantly), helped customers at the service counter and got people in and out of the studios.  Without Katies help we would have had to… read full review »
