I received my free sample of the "Kashi Dark Chocolate and Oatmeal Cookie" today. Woo Hoo!! It is (was) very tasty. I ate it as soon as I got it and I'm sorry to say that I didn't share with my hubby (I told him I had to eat the whole thing, so I could do a review on it...hehehehe)

Kashi is running a promotion right now where you can try one of their cookies free.  I literally just requested mine last week and it arrived today.  That's fast!  I'm eating it as I type this.

I have to say, it tastes more like bread to me than a cookie.  It doesn't taste bad, but the taste isn't...

I'm not a huge fan of dark chocolate, but when I saw an ad to receive a free Kashi TLC Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookie, I couldn't resist.  Since I am a fan of oatmeal, I was curious to see how the combination of oats and dark chocolate would taste.  In addition, Kashi is a brand that is synonymous with all natural products with interesting taste combinations.

Kashi TLC stands for "Tasty Little Cookies" and for the most part, they are.  The cookie has a rich, earthy quality owing to the seven whole grains and sesame that is the basis of the batter (winter wheat, oats, rye, triticale, barley,...

These cookies are amazing. I love cookies and of course chocolate is my life. I have always loved Kashi cereals so when these cookies came along I had to try them. They were better than I could have imagined. They have great ingredients and are healthy. They are very satisfying with a crunchy texture and awesome mouth feel. You will not be disappointed with these cookies. The hardest part is not eating the entire box!

I wouldn't recommend these cookies because of the fat in them. I was very disappointed in the nutritional values~they sure don't fit in with a "diet food" and that's what I'm always looking for. Kashi can keep these cookies!! Oatmeal with dark chocolate made me check them out because I am a fan of both oatmeal and dark chocolate~but these cookies don't fit in with any of my selections for "diet" foods. Even if I weren't on a diet~they fat grams alone would keep me from buying them.

My friend brought these cookies along on a trip and I fell in love with these cookies! I am all about sweets- I love brownies, brownies, and anything chocolate and sweet! I definitely did not anticipate that cookies with whole grains would be tasty, but I am telling you- these cookies are so good! My family loves them, too. They are sweet, good for you, and also filling so eating one is plenty. Unlike other cheap cookies, these cookies are very satisfying and you realistically can not eat many of them because they are filling.

Great product!

I had Kashi's dark chocolate oatmeal cookie for an am snack today.  I felt like I was eating something I shouldn't.  I even had to read the nutritional label to assure myself that I was actually eating something that provided something nutritious instead of just empty calories.  It was very satisfying.  It was full of texture and flavor.  I know I'll be including more of Kashi's cookies into my diet whenever I have an urge for something sweet, and I'll be able to eat them without the guilt.

Once in a while I love to splurge and indulge in a sweet treat.  Kashi has done a great job at making cookies that are not only big on flavor, but healthy too.  These cookies have the great flavor of dark chocolate, and the delicious taste of real oats.  I love that the chocolate is rich and decadent, but not to strong to take over the flavor of the spiced oatmeal.  These cookies are perfect for those craving chocolate because they are made with whole grains and low in fat.  They have a chewy and moist taste that is homemade.  Each serving of one cookie is 130 calories and 5 grams of fat. ... review »

When I received in the mailYour  Dark Chocolate Oatmel cookie. I just heard moans and groans from every Kid around. I ate it and Loved it. Great texture, fantastic aroma it is surprizing that it is so healthy.  On my trip for groceries, I Purchased; Kashi- Dark chocolate oatmeal cookies.  My kids are not an easy sell. When I arived home I turned on the oven and put some Brown sugar on the bottom of the oven and placed the cookie sheet in the dish drainer, and opened the Kashi dark chocolate cookie bag and placed them on a plate, and disposed of the package. As everyone arrived they got a whiff...

I got a full-size sample of this and had high hopes for it. It looked healthier than most cookies and the flavor seemed tasty. However, upon taking my first bite I was already disappointed. It lacked flavor and wasn't very chocolately. A little dry too. One little cookie was 130 calories, which surprised me because Kashi seemed to imply with all its products that they were healthier than average fare.

Maybe it's because I've got high standards for everyday cookies/snacks, because there's a bunch of reviewers who are saying they like it. Well, if you're picky about cookies like I am, I recommend...

I just got my free sample of Kashi's Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies and I was really surprised at how good they are.  Loaded with whole grains, I was expecting one of those break your teeth and no flavor experiences.  Instead, what I got was a chewy flavorfull treat.  It tastes a lot like a traditional homemade oatmeal cookie with a chocolate twist.  It contains 5 grams of fat in 130 calories.  That's a surprising 26% for a "good for you" snack.  On the other hand, when it tastes this good and contains so many whole grains, the amount of fat and calories is worth it.  I would recommend... review »

I can only find Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies at Target which is 4 towns, 2 bridges and at least 20 miles away from me but Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies worth the drive. One Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie is filling but the flavor is so wonderful I have to eat two. Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies are full of dark chocolate chips that will statisfy my chocolate cravings. I would even serve Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies at a party or take them to a party plus they'd be great to take to any childs' event that requires a snak.

Kashi-dark chocolate oatmeal cookie:  I received my sample within 3-4 days, promptly ate it, and immediately went on the hunt for a package to buy.  I was so impressed with these cookies that I took the nutrition information to my doctor appointment and ask him about them.  He was glad to tell me that this cookie was a good and healthy cookie that I could eat.  He didn't see anything really negative about them.  They come in a package of 8 for about $2.50.  I am glad to pay that price because they are so tasty and healthy.
