OK, so I recieved a sample of cereal in the mail. Kashi "Vive", not even sure how to pronounce the Vive part. Veeve, Vivay, VeeVee, ???? Tastes better than it sounds

Increasing my fiber, not rich, a comparison shopper, keen on tasty food

Got another free sample today(loving it).It was not half bad.Graham cracker twigs(their words not mine),flakes of grain,puffed rice dipped in vanilla,ginger,broccoli extract(for breakfast?),and active pro-biotic cultures(what?like in yogurt?). I did not like it as much as Kashi's granola Mountain Medley(nor understand it as well),but,hey,anything that can balance,purify,and strengthen my digestive system,is a very good thing.If you go to kashi"s websight,you can get coupon to try it. I am a cereal lover and I love Kashi products, so I was really excited to try the new Kashi Vive cereal. What really attracted me to this new cereal is that it contains 40% of your daily fiber so it is good for your digestion. But how would it taste? Amazing! This is more like a snacking cereal, because it is made up of tiny sticks dipped in vanilla that are toasted graham. It tastes really good and crunchy. I've tried many high fiber cereals before and Kashi Vive is by far the best. The taste is bland but I love bland so it worked for me. I love that it's packed with both kinds of fiber- soluable and insoluable. The combination of these two fibers helps keep me regular and less bloated. I have a hard time finding cereal with both fiber. There is also a unique combination of texture due to the "puffs".

Kashi Vive was a suprisingly good cereal find. I have Colitis so am on the lookout for good tasting foods that will contribute to my overall health. The graham & vanilla flavor was just enough to balance the grains. Best part was it did NOT get soggy & it keeps the desire to munch away until lunchtime. Highly recommended!

I FINALLY WENT AND USED THE COUPON FOR MY FREE BOX, AND TO MY SURPRISE HOW WONDERFUL, GREAT TASTE AND IT DIDN'T GET ALL SOGGY EITHER. AND MUCH TO MY SURPRISE MY KIDS 16 YRS AND UNDER EVEN ATE IT ! NOW ENEN WITHOUT A COUPON WE WILL STILL GO AND BUY IT.
