Got another free sample today(loving it).It was not half bad.Graham cracker twigs(their words not mine),flakes of grain,puffed rice dipped in vanilla,ginger,broccoli extract(for breakfast?),and active pro-biotic cultures(what?like in yogurt?). I did not like it as much as Kashi's granola Mountain Medley(nor understand it as well),but,hey,anything that can balance,purify,and strengthen my digestive system,is a very good thing.If you go to kashi"s websight,you can get coupon to try it.
