For more than ten years now, I have happily concentrated on either Corn or Rice Chex breakfast cereals but I must admit that sometimes my eyes have strayed to other things. Peapod putting Kashi cereals on sale for only $2.50 a box last week was all that was needed to complete the seduction. A child opening a holiday gift couldn't have been more excited than I was, as I pried my way into my first box of Kashi Organic Promise Strawberry Fields Cereal.

everything in it is organic and natural. no falling over one's tongue because of 27 lettered words in the description. there is only rice, wheat, strawberries, brown rice syrup and raspberries in the ingredients also sea salt.
no cholesterol, no trans fat, no saturated fat and only 120 calories per cup of cereal.
when kashi cereals go on sale, they are actually cheaper than the other cereals. i rarely find coupons for kashi, but when i do they usually coincide with the stores having a sale on the product. some health food stores sell...
