People laugh at me because I have 15+ boxes of cereal open at any one time. Kashi Go Lean is one of those. It is really crunchy, and full of protein. You can eat it right out of the box, by itself with milk or sprinkle it over other cereals. The kids love it to. If you are trying to eat a...

Most HelpfulMy doctor told me that I should be taking Omega-3 and should increase my overall nutritional intake. I figured I would start with my breakfast cereal. I decided to try Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal. I purchased the 15 oz. box of the Honey Almond Flax flavor for only $2.98. Kashi Go Lean cereal...
review »Kashi's Go Lean Crunch cereal is the beat tasting healthy cereal I've ever tasted. As someone who prefers to eat Count Chocula and Fruuity Pebbles, if given the choice, I was actually nervous to try this cereal that my husband had been nuts over.
I reluctantly tried it and guess what --- Mikey likes it! It is actually sweet tasting (sweetened naturally with honey) and has a good crunch to it that really makes it satisfying.
Compared to other breakfast cereals, Kashi has two times the fiber and protein per serving.
Kashi cereal is a great way to kick start your day and keep you feeling full longer....
review »I'm not a big cereal eater, but my local supermarket recently had a sale on Kashi Go Lean Crunch and I decided I'd try it. I've had other Kashi products before and enjoyed many of them, so I had high hopes for this cereal.
I wasn't disappointed!
While a bit on the pricey side if you don't happen to catch it on sale, Kashi Go Lean tastes great. I added a handful of raspberries to my bowl for an even sweeter kick, and I imagine other berries would work just as well. Even without the added sweetness of the fruit, however, this cereal packs a pretty tasty punch. In fact, the only reason I'm giving...
review »I have purchase Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereals, in particular, the red bordered and the maroon bordered cereal boxes and not only myself but my entire family loved them. They are a great way to start the day or even as a snack in the evening, before bedtime. But be forewarned, they have seven grains and as such they do cause your digestive system to become a little more active; in particular, you may become more gaseous. As well, if you are watching your sugar intake the box with the red border is a little less sweeter than the maroon one.
If you want something different you can layer yogurt,...
review »About: Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal
The very first time my husband tasted this cereal he said it was like eating styrofoam. However, it didn't take long for him to really start liking Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal.
One problem is that my husband has a BIG apetite and this cereal is expensive. That combination means we don't eat as much Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal as we used to.
It's good and good for you, though. The high levels of protein are a BIG PLUS in my book.
I rated Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal at 4 stars for this review.
...of crunchy, sweet, and healthy! Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal is by far one of my favorite cereals. I love the crunch-also tastes great as a topping for yogurt. There is enough of a sweetness(a natural sweetness) that it doesn't feel like you're eating something that's really good for you! To many times people make the assumtion if it's good for you it will taste terrible. Definately not the case with Go Lean Crunch! Try it!
This cereal is awesome! I am a huge cereal fan; I just love it! I used to eat too much of it, though, and the wrong kinds, like sugar cereals. But lately I've been on a health kick (which I plan to continue forever), and am so glad I found this! I've lost five pounds in the last three weeks and attribute part of that to Kashi cereal. What I love about it is that it has 9 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber, and 7 whole grains per serving. If you know about losing weight and being healthy, you'll realize that is very good! Protien is necessary to keep your muscles strong, and fiber and whole grains...
