People laugh at me because I have 15+ boxes of cereal open at any one time.  Kashi Go Lean is one of those.  It is really crunchy, and full of protein.  You can eat it right out of the box, by itself with milk or sprinkle it over other cereals.  The kids love it… read full review »

My doctor told me that I should be taking Omega-3 and should increase my overall nutritional intake.  I figured I would start with my breakfast cereal.  I decided to try Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal.  I purchased the 15 oz. box of the Honey Almond Flax flavor for only $2.98. Kashi's Go Lean Crunch cereal is the beat tasting healthy cereal I've ever tasted. As someone who prefers to eat Count Chocula and Fruuity Pebbles, if given the choice, I was actually nervous to try this cereal that my husband had been nuts over. — I reluctantly tried it and guess what --- Mikey likes it! It is actually sweet tasting (sweetened naturally with honey) and has a good crunch to it that really makes it satisfying. — Compared to other breakfast cereals, Kashi has two times the fiber and protein per serving. — Kashi cereal is a great way to kick start your day and… read full review »

I have purchase Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereals, in particular, the red bordered and the maroon bordered cereal boxes and not only myself but my entire family loved them.  They are a great way to start the day or even as a snack in the evening, before bedtime.  But be forewarned, they have seven grains and as such they do cause your digestive system to become a little more active; in particular, you may become more gaseous.  As well, if you are watching your sugar intake the box with the red border is a little less sweeter than the maroon one. — If you want something… read full review »

I started eating Go Lean Crunch to lose weight. I was pleasently surprised at the taste, and felt as though I was cheating (eating sweet & fatty granola) instead of a healthy, high-fiber meal. It really does keep you feeling full for quite a few hours. My one gripe, which is my own fault really, is don't overdue the cereal/fiber. I started off eating 1 bowl for breakfast and then added one for lunch too. My body couldn't handle all of the fiber, etc. and I suffered. Cutting back to one bowl a day solved the problem… read full review »

This cereal is great for those trying to put more fiber and protein in their diet.  It has a satisfying crunch and tastes great.  It's one of my favorites and always has a place in my pantry.  One of the best benefits I've found is that it actually fills me up (with most cereals, I'm hungry again within a few hours).  One possible drawback:  if you aren't used to fiber in your diet, you may have some tummy problems when you get started... take it… read full review »

One of the best cereals I have had in a long time that tastes great, especially with fresh strawberries and you know that its good for you. I was looking for something to help me on my low cholesterol diet that I could switch on and off with oatmeal. I didn't think that I would like it because it has everything that I need to loose weight, stay full and lower my cholesterol. This is great cereal. You should try… read full review »

I really like this cereal.  I love that a small bowl really fills me up.  The fiber and protein content is great, especially for cereal.  This is the first "healthy" cereal I've found that I like the taste of.  I also smash it up and use it in place of granola in other… read full review »

I love cereal and I love Kashi products, so I couldn't wait to try this combination of the two.  Kashi Go Lean Crunch is a high fiber cereal that is not only all natural, but made with a lot of flavor.  It is the perfect bowl of cereal, because each serving is high in fiber and protein and has a great flavor.  This cereal will satisfy your sweet and crunchy cravings in a healthy way.  It is a perfect mix of whole grain sesame clusters and a honey and cinnamon spice blend.  Each spoonful is the perfect crunchy texture and offset by a sweet flavor.  Each bite will… read full review »

This is a cereal that's both healthy and tasty! If you're looking to lose weight, add more fiber and protein to your diet or just looking to try new foods because like me, you want to experience it all, this cereal comes highly recommended! I do want to add a note of caution: This cereal is rather hard to chew so if you have TMJ, dental problems or a weak jaw, chew softly or avoid this cereal. However, do not avoid buying it if you have others living in your household who do not have the abovementioned problems. This cereal is LOADED with nutrition, will keep you regular, is low in sugars,… read full review »

When my husband developed Type II Diabetes, we both went through nutrition counseling. I was delighted to discover that my favorite cereal was on the "YES" list. It is relatively low in carbs and high in fiber, making it a good choice for someone with Type II Diabetes. It is also great for ME -- a senior citizen with an early morning schedule who needs a "kick start" in the morning. I start my day with a bowl of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal and a small tub of yogurt. The taste is great, the crunch wakes me up, and it's a healthy start to a busy day. There's nothing boring about this cereal --… read full review »

I was never a cereal eater, lactose intolerant and such. But I decided to start eating cereal with soy milk for health benefits. I have tried numerous healthy and organic cereals, but this is the only one I like. Others were so bland and tasteless that I had to add tons of Splenda and raisins or whatever else just to give it some flavor. But the Kashi cereals, particularly Honey Almond Flax , are tasty. And healthy...they have tons of fiber and protein which I am in dire need of. — Most stores around here are overpriced on everything, but when they have a sale, I stock up. I have even… read full review »

I have never tried any of the Kashi cereal, or any of their other products either, but after being told by my lovely md that I need to increase my uptake of protein and fiber, he told me about this cereal. — I do add some Stevia to the cereal to sweeten it up a bit, but the cereal itself is really quite good, and the best thing about it, is that the crunch just goes on and on.  I am so used to hearing about all these cereals that have crunch that lasts till the end.  Well, this one does. —  Kashi Go Lean crunch has made a believer and a fan out of me! —… read full review »

I am more the Fruit Loops or at least the Frosted Mini-Wheats type of cereal eater, but have been trying to eat better just because one should! I originally sent for a sample of Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal because it was a freebie and I certainly did not expect to like it. Boy, was I ever wrong. I love this cereal and am actually hooked on it and like it better than my previous sugar-coated varieties. I can't believe a cereal that is suppose to be good for you can actually be this tasty, but it is! Kudos to… read full review »
