I was never a cereal eater, lactose intolerant and such. But I decided to start eating cereal with soy milk for health benefits. I have tried numerous healthy and organic cereals, but this is the only one I like. Others were so bland and tasteless that I had to add tons of Splenda and raisins or whatever else just to give it some flavor. But the Kashi cereals, particularly Honey Almond Flax , are tasty. And healthy...they have tons of fiber and protein which I am in dire need of.
Most stores around here are overpriced on everything, but when they have a sale, I stock up. I have even taken to eating handfuls of the stuff for my late-nite tv snack!
