    tasty, crunchy, Great taste, Healthy breakfast, 9 g of protein, Sweet and crunchy, 8 g of fiber

This cereal is awesome.  I will admit that I would not have tried this before I started Weight Watchers, but I am really glad I did.  They Honey Almond Flax flavor really has a great taste.  I don't feel like I am eating something healthy every morning.
