This cereal is great for those trying to put more fiber and protein in their diet.  It has a satisfying crunch and tastes great.  It's one of my favorites and always has a place in my pantry.  One of the best benefits I've found is that it actually fills me up (with most cereals, I'm hungry again within a few hours).  One possible drawback:  if you aren't used to fiber in your diet, you may have some tummy problems when you get started... take it gradually!
