Family of Cereal Eaters
Pros

    high in protein, tasty, Great taste, Healthy breakfast, Sweet and crunchy, 8 g of fiber, 9 g of protein, crunchy

Cons
    a little pricey, find it on sale

One of the best cereals I have had in a long time that tastes great, especially with fresh strawberries and you know that its good for you. I was looking for something to help me on my low cholesterol diet that I could switch on and off with oatmeal. I didn't think that I would like it because it has everything that I need to loose weight, stay full and lower my cholesterol. This is great cereal. You should try it.
