Kashi GOLEAN Waffles — 

I challenged myself to start eating breakfast everyday, but I also want to eat healthy.  I love the taste of waffles, but not the fat, so Kashi has come up with a great solution with these GOLEAN waffles.  Each of the waffles is great tasting and not high in calories.  The waffles are so easy to make because they are frozen, so you just pop them in the oven or toaster for a few minutes and then you can have a healthy breakfast with whole grain and great flavor.  The waffles come in both blueberry and original.  You don't need to pile on the syrup because each waffle has so much flavor that it is great on its own.  Kashi GOLean waffles have 8g of protein and they're high fiber to keep you full. The original waffles are made with a hint of sweet vanilla.  I love the blueberry waffles which are high in sweet flavor and made with plump, juicy blueberries.  Each serving of two waffles is 170 calories and only 3 grams of fat.  They are the great way to eat healthy and enjoy the yummy taste of waffles.
